The gymSAFE Screen is a 15 minute standardized test that consists of gymnastics-specific tasks chosen to indicate movement dysfunctions linked to common gymnastics injuries.

This is a customized workshop for your gym. gymSAFE will bring healthcare providers who specialize in gymnastics to your gym to share knowledge, share useful tools, and answer questions your team has about injury prevention, mental wellness, and nutrition.

The ALC is the heart of gymSAFE. They are a group of current and retired gymnasts who volunteer their time to give back to their sport by helping shape our outreach, social media, and workshops to make them helpful and relevant to current gymnasts.
